Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Permits, Clearances, and Licenses:
(a) Secures and manages all necessary permits, clearances, and licenses from government offices for company operations and projects, ensuring timely reportorial compliance.
(b) Represents the company in transactions related to subdivision and condominium plan approvals, permits, and licenses.
2. Titling & Real Property Taxes:
(a) Manages the processing and approval of individual titles and tax declarations for condominium and subdivision projects with the Registry of Deeds and Local Assessor's Office, coordinating with relevant teams and consultants.
(b) Ensures timely evaluation, payment, and monitoring of real property taxes for assigned properties and projects.
