            Deliver legal support for institutional and intermediary clients in Asia ex-Japan, managing agreement reviews and maintaining internal legal systems 
Review fund documentation for our APAC-registered fund ranges 
Handle company secretarial tasks for APAC entities 
Assist in tracking and implementing privacy and data protection regulations across APAC 
Requirements Minimum 3 years of legal experience, ideally within asset management 
Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts is preferred 
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
