Inspect and monitor all surface preparation and coating application activities on plant equipment, piping, structural steel, pressure vessels, and storage tanks across the QAFCO fertilizer complex
Verify surface preparation standards (Sa 2.5 / SSPC-SP10) including blast cleaning, profile measurements, and cleanliness levels prior to coating application
Monitor wet and dry film thickness (WFT/DFT), holiday testing, adhesion testing, and coating curing in accordance with approved painting procedures and manufacturer specifications
Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and coating Material Data Sheets (MDS); ensure coating systems meet QAFCO and client specifications
