            Job Description

Carry out painting, decorating, and finishing works across guest rooms, public areas, spa facilities, and operational spaces
Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, priming, and repairing imperfections to achieve flawless finishes
Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialist coatings in line with Fairmont brand standards
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring touch‑ups, repair, or preventative maintenance
Support refurbishment projects including room refreshes, public area upgrades, and decorative enhancements
Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and follow‑up requirements
Ensure safe handling and storage of paints, chemicals, and equipment in accordance with COSHH and UK safety regulations
Collaborate with the Engineering team to support daily operations and respond to maintenance requests
