This is a first shift opportunity and **the pay rate is $24-$25/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Applying industrial coating to structural steel
+ Using air compressor-powered hand held spray equipment
+ Performing surface preparation; blasting & cleaning
+ Maintaining coating quality & thickness
+ Keep work areas clean/organized

**Requirements:**

+ Must pass drug screen
+ Must pass background check
+ Must have PPE including; steel-toed boots, gloves, safety glasses, hard hat and safety vest
