Summary:

The Painter/Finisher is responsible for preparing surfaces for coating and apply various coatings to products during manufacturing. * Prepare surfaces for coating. * Apply primer, paint, adhesive and other coatings to products according to manufacturing specifications. * Perform general housekeeping and maintenance on painting and preparation equipment. * Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.
