We at Programmed Facility Management are seeking experienced Maintenance Painters to join our WA Housing Carnarvon Team. In this integral role you will be part of an essential team that provides general maintenance and painting services to public and community dwellings.

Nature of position: Permanent

Location: Geraldton (**RESIDENTIAL POSITION**)

Reporting line: AREA MANAGER Midwest

Key Responsibilities

• Apply paints, sealers, and solvents to the exterior and interior building surfaces such as plaster, sheetrock, concrete and wood
• Prepare painting surfaces for painting by scraping, filling in the cracks and removing old paint.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment.
