An established property services contractor is looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join their growing team working in and around Staines. This is a permanent role offering stability, varied work and the opportunity to work on a long term social housing maintenance contract.

The Role:

- Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works within occupied and void residential properties

- Prepare walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork ready for decoration

- Apply emulsion, gloss and specialist finishes to a high standard

- Carry out wallpapering and decorative finishing where required

- Complete damp and mould treatment works

- Carry out external painting works, including fascia boards and soffits, using ladders safely
