**POSITION SUMMARY**

Finishes production pieces by applying powder coat; Setup, maintenance and preparation of application equipment used in the powder coating process; Assist in metal preparation; Ensures efficiency and quality of painted parts; Maintains a safe working environment; Contributes to team effort.

**PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Finishes production pieces by applying coatings such as powder coat to protect or decorate work piece surfaces; setup and operation of spray guns and/or ovens; examine finished surfaces of work pieces to verify conformance to necessary specifications; retouching any defective areas; prep powder application and ensure environment is clean in order to prevent cross contamination of powder colors; completing daily production documentation.
