**What You'll Do**

+ Grind, sand, and deburr metal parts to create paint-ready surfaces.
+ Clean and wash parts prior to painting.
+ Rack, mask, and tape parts according to production requirements.
+ Inspect parts for quality and accuracy before painting.
+ Support the paint line team to keep production moving efficiently.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

**What We're Looking For**

+ 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience.
+ Experience using grinders, sanders, or hand tools.
