**Job Title: Powder Coating Production Technician**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing all pre- and post-powder-coating activities to support the production of high-quality fitness equipment components. You will prepare, coat, and inspect parts in accordance with established quality standards to ensure finished products meet or exceed customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform all pre-powder-coating tasks, including preparing parts, organizing materials, and setting up equipment according to established procedures.
+ Operate powder coating equipment and sprayers to apply coatings consistently and accurately to parts and assemblies.
+ Carry out post-powder-coating activities such as curing, cooling, and handling coated parts to maintain finish quality.
