Job Scope: We are searching for a fully registered AHPC Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic team, providing assessment and intervention to a varied caseload of children aged 2-18.
About the Role: Conduct comprehensive assessments using both formal and informal assessment tools Complete formal written reports for parents and other professionals Set functional and SMART goals for therapy and prepare a therapy plan Complete classroom observations and work closely with teaching staff Provide motivating therapy sessions in the home and school settings with ongoing feedback to parents Provide guidance to parents and teachers on how to work together with the child to achieve their goals Work in a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including occupational therapists, teachers, and psychologists
