Responsibilities

The PACS Application Analyst I will be focused on providing level I application support, troubleshooting, triaging tickets in ServiceNow, and onsite departmental walkthroughs to ensure staff are supported.
Qualifications: 1+ year of experience with PACS Application Support/Troubleshooting or PACS Administration Experience with DICOM and Modalities Additional IT experience with exposure or support experience with: Experience with Interfaces (HL7), transcription/dictation/radiology/cardiology/imaging applications Desired Skills: Specific experience with Change Healthcare PACS Experience with Nuance PowerScribe One Epic EHR Experience Clinical workflow experience
