**Job Title: Packaging Operator (Packer)**

**First Shift 6am-2pm M-F**

**Second Shift 11am-7:30pm M-F**

**Job Description**

The Packaging Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently packaging flavor products—including powders, spray-dried materials, liquids, emulsions, and extracts—according to batch ticket instructions. This role works closely with Batch Processors to ensure food safety, product quality, and operational efficiency, and may operate equipment such as mixers, spray dryers, and blending tanks. The Packaging Operator must be able to read labels, follow safety procedures, and ensure that the correct quantity of finished product is packaged with the appropriate labeling requirements.
