Backyard Farms, located in Madison, ME is a 42-acre greenhouse, that we like to think of as one big backyard garden! Our spacious facility grows tomatoes year-round. We are seeking Packers who ensure that the tomatoes are graded, inspected, packed, labeled and packaged appropriately.

Primary Responsibilities:
Sort and weigh tomatoes quickly and accurately by variety and gradePackage tomatoes while ensuring proper number of tomatoes/clusters are packedPerform production activities such as inspecting, sorting, packaging, weighing and lifting produce.Report defective product or questionable conditions to manager, team leader or supervisorMaintain the work area and ensure the equipment is clean and in orderly conditionA Picker must make quick decisions on what is acceptable fruit quality for our customersAdhere to Backyard Farms (BYF) personal hygiene standards ...
