Job Purpose

Execute production schedules at rated throughput in the packing area to meet quality, safety, cost, and delivery standards.

Essential Functions

+ Execute the daily production schedule in the packing area to meet customer orders

+ Ensure timely and accurate packaging of product to maintain processing standards

+ Adhere to the allergen control program guidelines, including equipment cleaning and verification activities

+ Take corrective action as assigned by the Supervisor based on pre-operation and daily self-assessment audit findings

+ Participate in investigating issues, finding root causes, and developing solutions for issues that arise in the packing area

+ Take actions necessary to resolve food safety and quality deficiencies
