**Job Description:**

The Packer is responsible for preparing finished products for shipment by labeling and packaging items efficiently and accurately. This role ensures that all products meet quality standards and are packed according to company and customer requirements.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment

+ Follow company packaging standards and safety procedures

+ Assemble boxes or containers as needed

+ Seal containers using appropriate materials

+ Record and report damaged or defective items

+ Maintain clean and organized work areas

+ Meet daily production and packing quotas

+ Operate basic warehouse equipment

**Minimum Required Skills and Education**

+ High school diploma or GED
+ Previous packing experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Must be able to effectively read, write and communicate in English
