This is a full-time, hourly position.

**Duties:** Duties include but are not limited to: Shift operation of Packaging, Packaging of correct product, supervision of 14+ person crew, ensuring safe operations and enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

+ Good attendance record, desire for advancement, knowledge of milling procedures a plus.
+ Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and mechanical abilities.
+ Applicant cannot be afraid of heights, and have a willingness to learn.
+ Must speak/write/read English.
