About the Role
We are seeking a well presented, disciplined and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join an UHNW family office, based on Marbella’s Golden Mile.
This role is for someone with proven experience in a similar role at UHNW level. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of private service etiquette, knows how to read a room, and has a “no-task-is-too-small” attitude. You will act as the central point for day-to-day operations, triple checking that things are going as planned and ensuring The Principals’ lives run seamlessly. You will also oversee a Junior Personal Assistant and act as a bridge between the family and all of their private staff.
