n experienced Personal Assistant to support time to be split between Prof Posner in Oxford Robotics Institute and Prof Armour in Oxford e-Research Centre. This is a permanent post. We would ideally like someone to be in the office most of the week. However, working arrangements will be discussed with the successful candidate. You will be responsible for supporting all administration for these professors, including diary management, expense submissions, co-ordinate events and travel, update websites, and collating and presenting data. This is a demanding and pivotal position where you are responsible for ensuring that critical tasks are completed, and that day-to-day organisation and communication works effectively across a number of large research groups.
