PRIMARY PURPOSE: The P-TECH & AVID Coordinator provides districtwide leadership for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) and AVID programs. This role ensures that students are equipped with academic and professional skills to earn an Associate Degree and transition into high-wage, high-demand careers, while maintaining full compliance with the TEA P-TECH Blueprint.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education Bachelor's degree in education (Master's degree is highly preferred). Knowledge & Skills Deep understanding of the TEA P-TECH Blueprint and Objective-Based Measures (OBMs). Knowledge of AVID WICOR strategies (Writing, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, Reading). Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
