Evolve Adolescent Behavioral Health is looking for r eliable and compassionate Overnight Residential Counselors  to join our teams at our 6-bed teen residential treatment centers across the San Fernando Valley.

We currently have  full-time  and  part-time openings  in  Tarzana, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, and Woodland Hills.

At Evolve, we support adolescents ages 12–17 who are struggling with mental health, substance use, and behavioral challenges.

Overnight Residential Counselors play a key role in providing support and supervision for teens during their 45–60 day residential treatment stay.

This role involves overnight supervision and care for up to six adolescents, with a strong focus on safety and supervision.

Overnight staff are  required to remain awake  throughout the shift.
