Job Summary:

USI is seeking an experienced security professional as a Vehicle Patrol Supervisor for the Greater Boston Area. Job Duties may include performing security patrols of designated areas by vehicle, observing for any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards, managing scheduling for the patrol team. Security Officers provide high level of customer service and assistance to clients, client employees and visitors in a polite and professional manner.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Previous Security Supervisor experience required

Exceptional Customer Service

Proficient with technology and using multiple software and applications

Customer service experience or concierge experience required

Ability to type quickly to process visitors and employees efficiently.

Speak clearly and concisely

Ability to keep a neat and organized workstation
