Summary:
Field based peer outreach supporting justice-involved veterans with stabilization and resource connection.
The Contractor provides field based, client focused peer outreach and engagement services to service members, veterans, and their families, with a particular emphasis on justice involved veterans. Services support suicide prevention, justice intervention, housing system navigation, recovery support, and connection to appropriate federal, state, municipal, and community based resources.
