Responsibilities
Greet and register patients
Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
