The purpose of the role is to provide high quality specialist palliative nursing care, skills, advice and support to patients, carers and those important to the patient.

This role will support the delivery of planned care across Rennie Grove Peace Hospice.

This role will suit someone who is an experienced palliative care nurse who would like to be part of an outpatient service which aims to ensure equity of access to Rennie Grove and Peace services.

Main duties of the job

• Demonstrate clinical excellence and maintain consistently high standards of nursing practice in palliative care.
• Act as a role model providing clinical leadership for colleagues.
