Job Summary As an Outlet Manager in a rapidly expanding F&B enterprise, you will oversee premises operations, ensuring hygiene, service excellence, and efficient cashiering to deliver a superior customer experience.
Responsibilities - Manage and maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the outlet to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Lead and coach staff to deliver consistent service excellence that meets customer expectations
- Perform cashiering duties accurately, including handling transactions and balancing cash registers
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Requirements Have a passion for F&B and willing to learn. Food Hygiene certification is a bonus.
