We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Horticultural Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, share your passion for gardening, and help maintain high standards across our plant and retail areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and expert advice on plants and gardening products


• Assist customers with plant selection, care guidance, and problem-solving


• Maintain plant health through watering, feeding, and general care


• Merchandising and replenishing stock, ensuring displays are attractive and well-organised


• Supporting seasonal changes and promotions Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the site
