We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and scale the outbound sales function at One Thing Marketing.
This is not a lead-following role where prospects are handed to you. We are looking for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, enjoys opening doors with decision-makers, and takes ownership of generating opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
You will be responsible for building your own prospecting lists, executing multi-channel outbound campaigns, booking qualified meetings, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
