 Responsibilities  Handling inbound calls related to payment of hospital bills 
Making outbound calls to follow up on payment of hospital bills 
Handling patient enquiries and providing billing information to patients 
Sending statement of accounts 
 Working Hours  Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm 
 Location  Bukit Merah 
 Requirements  Good interpersonal, communication and written skills 
Proactive, committed and self‑motivated 
Positive team player who can also work independently 
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel) 
Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre‑U/A level/College, Professional Certificate or equivalent.
