Schedule: Ongoing weekday clinic, night call and sporadic weekend call
Practice Setting: hospital
Types of Cases: general otolaryngology cases
Credentialing Timeframe:30-60 days, temporary privileges are available
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
Must be board certified
Must have an active New York license or Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC) Letter of Qualification
