Job Description and Responsibilities - Responsible for the leadership, management, execution, and control of all activities within the project to ensure timely, efficient, and professional execution of all project tasks
- Build a successful team of subordinate Project Managers and Section Managers
- Establish efficient reporting and escalation mechanisms for both the client and Norconsult Telematics
- Perform risk management activities by ensuring that critical project tasks and blocking issues are thoroughly analysed and that proper corrective actions are timely implemented
