            COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Orthopedic Surgeon (OS)  Up to $550,000 guaranteed annual salary 	
$30,000 Signing Bonus 	
$18,000 per year housing allowance provided by Employer

 RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Orthopedic Surgeon (OS)   A state of the art, 25-bed critical access Hospital offering comprehensive healthcare 	
Monday-Friday schedule with split between Clinical / Surgical focus along with 1 admin day 	
1:2 on-call 	
On average up to 2200 - 2400 clinic patients and 250-270 surgeries per year 	
A generalist role with Orthopedic surgical focus
