The role will provide strategic and operational OD expertise to align organisational structures workforce capabilities and governance with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities - Support organisation design and restructuring programmes including governance and reporting structures.
- Develop job architecture frameworks job families career pathways and role levelling models.
- Conduct job evaluations role rationalisation and workforce structuring activities.
