A great opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Senior OD Consultant to join our OD team at UHN.
The successful candidate will undertake strategic and interventional work to develop and build our collaborative culture and implement a robust programme of Organisational Development and Design.
In line with UHN priorities, contribute to the development of the UHN OD and Inclusion strategy, lead local implementation, and secure improvements in performance, behaviour, and engagement.
