The Org. Effectiveness Officer is responsible for Organization and/or Learning and Development areas such as but not limited to Onboarding and Integration, Performance Management, Talent and Succession Management, Learning Management System Learning and Development, and any L&D interventions required. The job involves end to end program/offering management from Assessment, Design, Delivery, Implementation and Evaluation. These offerings help develop people, reinforce culture, and promote employee engagement and wellness. From time to time, this job also supports other PCD programs/offerings as needed.
