Order to Cash (O2C) Global Process Lead

Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week at Hook

We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking O2C Global Process Lead (GPL) to join our Group Finance function and help shape the future of Finance operations across Serco’s global business.

About the Role

As an O2C Global Process Lead, you’ll act as the bridge between global O2C process strategy and operational execution. You’ll support the design, governance, and optimisation of O2C processes across UK&E, Middle East, and ASPAC, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all delivery centres and regions.
