Responsibilities - Handle customer enquiries via phone or fax with prompt and professional responses
- Process quotations and sales orders accurately and within timelines
- Manage order fulfilment and ensure correct entry of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in the system
- Follow up closely with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules
- Prepare export shipping documentation for international shipments
- Process documentation for Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiations where applicable
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely order pick-up and delivery
