We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to support order processing, customer service, and shipment coordination. This role is suitable for candidates who are organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
Responsibilities - Process and monitor customer orders
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide order updates
- Coordinate deliveries and shipments with factories, warehouses, and logistics partners
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and other related paperwork
- Follow up on payment status and shipping arrangements
- Maintain customer and product information in the system
- Handle customer issues and support order resolution
- Update and maintain sales order reports
