Job Description
The Order Management Specialist processes and manages complex orders, inquiries, and issues for mechanical or manufactured products. This role serves as a key point of contact to ensure accurate order processing in SAP, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders, and effective resolution of order-related concerns while supporting multiple internal departments.
Responsibilities

+ Receive, review, and accurately enter purchase orders into the ERP system (SAP) in a timely and efficient manner.

+ Record and process orders and inquiries received via EDI, email, and other communication channels.

+ Review, approve, and confirm orders within the SAP system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

+ Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
