Order Fulfillment Assistant Job Responsibilities - Process new orders and order changes within set service level agreements via SAP Order Management System.
- Create and manage Customer business partner records setups required in SAP system.
- Perform proper execution of Order Management processes.
- Participate in projects for process standardization,Continuous Process Improvement and process automation using available tools (e.g.AI, RPA).
