We need someone that can demonstrate in-depth of knowledge in the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, which is critical for this role, as it will be customer facing. Looking for someone that can sufficiently articulate key processes, dependencies, and practical scenarios within the O2C flow, indicating hands-on experience and troubleshooting capability expected for this position. Given the support-intensive nature of the role, a stronger techno-functional and process-level understanding of O2C is essential.
