Overall 5-10 years of experience in large Oracle ERP testing project
Minimum 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM hands‑on Functional/E2E/Integration/UAT testing experience in Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) modules and Payroll
Expertise on Core HR, Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Accruals, Hire to Termination, Payroll validations, PPR (Payroll Parallel Run) in ERP applications.
UK Payroll process experience is mandatory.
Experience in developing Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Preparation, Test Case Execution, Tracking and Reporting
Experience in working with multiple IT/Business stakeholders, cross functional teams in onshore/offshore delivery model
Experience working on PPR (Payroll Parallel Run), Agile Test Management and Test Execution tools
Strong communication skills along with stakeholder management experience
