            Relevant Bachelors degree (e.g. HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Information Systems, or Organisational Management) 
35 years experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist in project and/or support environments 
Oracle HCM Cloud certification advantageous 
Oracle EBS functional experience advantageous 
Experience with regression testing, quarterly updates, and UAT coordination 
Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL/CAB change management processes 
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and time management skills 
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team success 

Duties & responsibilities: 
Provision of day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including issue analysis, resolution, and user support 
Configuration and maintenance of HCM system setups aligned to business processes and organisational policies
