            Key Responsibilities:  Implement and support Oracle PPM Grants module including setup, configuration, testing, and deployment. 
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Grants Accounting, Projects, and related finance modules. 
Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solutions. 
Design and configure Grants modules to manage awards, funding sources, expenditure types, and reporting. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Research Administration. 
Manage grant lifecycle processes including proposal, award, budget setup, expenditure tracking, and closeout. 
Ensure compliance with federal and institutional guidelines related to grant management (e.g., Uniform Guidance, OMB A-21, A-110, A-133). 
Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes for projects and grants. 
Provide end-user training and documentation.
