  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion implementation projects , including requirements gathering, FIT‑GAP analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Deep understanding of business processes and the ability to map business requirements to Oracle Fusion capabilities
  • Hands‑on experience with BPM workflows, OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle reporting solutions
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with third‑party applications using APIs, Web Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Knowledge of data migration tools such as FBDI and HDL, along with SQL/PL‑SQL proficiency
  • Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and end‑user training skills
