Oracle Financials Delivery Lead & Scrum Master

A full‑time position within SGS's Architecture, Intelligence & Technology (AI&T) team, responsible for leading agile delivery across Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Financials projects. The role ensures effective collaboration between business and IT stakeholders, strong delivery governance, and successful end‑to‑end execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage backlog, prioritisation and stakeholder alignment
• Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement
• Lead projects (implementations / upgrades / rollouts) in Agile/hybrid models
• Coordinate business, IT, and cross‑functional teams globally
• Gather requirements (As‑Is / To‑Be, BRD/FRD) and add them to DevOps, including relevant aspects for each User Story
• Support design of Finance solutions (GL, AP, AR, FA, CE)
• Ensure alignment with Oracle Fusion Cloud target architecture
