            Responsibilities  Provide Level 1 & Level 2 DBA support for enterprise database environments, ensuring high availability and performance. 
Administer and support Oracle databases and Microsoft SQL Server, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. 
Possess working knowledge of MySQL for basic administration and support activities. 
Perform daily BAU database health checks, backups, performance tuning, and database patching activities. 
Support audit requirements, compliance checks, and coordinate with database vendors for issue resolution and upgrades.
