We're currently seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Core HR, Benefits and Comp). The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, capable of leading Core HR implementations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Lead and SME for Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Benefits and Comp) implementations.
- Lead discovery and design sessions to define business requirements and process gaps.
- Provide strategic input and best practices for Core HR processes, leveraging deep product knowledge.
- Drive solution configuration and validation activities from requirement gathering through testing.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data conversion, HCM extracts, HDL, and integrations.
