At least 7 years of Cerner Millennium work experience with good knowledge on two or more Cerner solutions, Preferably Cerner HIM-Health Information Management, Clinical Reporting and RRD(Remote Report Distribution)
Ability to resolve complex issues in a timely manner and provide SME advice.
Experienced in Cerner applications support, Enhancements, Incident management or Cerner millennium projects, Perform complex troubleshooting, change management, document notes and knowledge articles.
Guide customers through current workflows, upgrades, enhancements and system changes.
Resolve escalated problems and issues using solution expertise, raised during operations, maintenance, upgrades.
Ability to work in support services and on-call environment.
